Before you place your initial order, we ask that you please take a few moments to sign up your account. This is important so that you can confidentially retrieve, track and even pay for your orders online.  You can create your own username and password, or ask us to create one for you.  When ordering your appraisal online,  you will be asked for form of payment.  If you wish to use a credit card, please include that information here. Your card will not be charged until the order is completed.  If your client is paying for the appraisal directly, please ask and include their method of preferred payment on the order as well.
