Real Estate Appraiser/Apprentice Needed

Independently owned appraisal company growing rapidly and needs licensed or certified appraiser/apprentice to support growing workload. Independent contractors/fee split appraisers only. Must have all course work complete and be ready to start as certified trainee.

Candidate must have own computer, high-speed internet, printer, digital camera and access to, or willing to purchase a la mode’s WinTotal appraisal software, or compatible appraisal software program. Experience with this (or compatible) program is a must, otherwise candidate needs to be willing to take a 2-day training course at candidate’s expense. (Orlando based). The right candidate will be:

• self-motivated
• efficient yet thorough
• flexible
• willing to work non-traditional hours when necessary
• and be adaptable to learning company’s individual methods of appraisal practice and reporting.
